All items available for purchase, including but not limited to virtual currency, in-game items, or services, are digital goods and hold no real-world monetary value. Purchases grant users a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use these goods within Shaiya Conflict.

3. No Ownership Rights

Purchasing any virtual currency or in-game item does not grant ownership rights. Shaiya Conflict retains all intellectual property rights, and any content acquired is subject to in-game rules and policies.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases made on the Shaiya Conflict store are final and non-refundable.

  • By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and accept that you will not receive any refunds, chargebacks, or compensation under any circumstances.
  • Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Funds received from purchases are used to maintain the server, develop new content, and support community activities.

5. Fraudulent Activity & Chargebacks

Any attempt to chargeback, dispute, or reverse a payment will result in an immediate account suspension without notice. We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent transactions.
