4. Purchases and Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases made on the Shaiya Conflict store are final and non-refundable. Funds collected are used solely to cover operational costs, including server maintenance, development, and advertising.

Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after purchase, provided the buyer has expressly waived their right to withdraw.

Any attempt to reverse a payment (chargeback) or dispute a transaction will result in an immediate account suspension. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases of fraudulent transactions.
