RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Digital Goods Nature
All products sold on the Shaiya Conflict store are digital goods (virtual currency and in-game items) delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Immediate Delivery & Waiver of Withdrawal
By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital goods and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and their instant delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
4. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes

Any fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after successful delivery may result in immediate account suspension.

We reserve the right to provide transaction logs, IP records, and delivery confirmation to payment providers in order to contest disputes.
5. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations, such as:

Duplicate payment due to a verified technical error.

Failure to deliver purchased digital goods within 48 hours after purchase, provided the buyer contacts support with valid transaction proof.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days and are reviewed case-by-case.
