DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

1. Nature of Digital Products

All purchases made on the Shaiya Conflict store concern digital goods (virtual currency and in-game items). No physical products are shipped.

2. Instant Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, virtual currency (CP) and in-game items are automatically credited to the Shaiya Conflict account associated with the purchase.

Delivery is considered complete once the digital goods have been successfully credited to the buyer’s account.

3. Processing Time

Most purchases are delivered instantly.
In rare cases involving manual rewards or special items, delivery may take up to 24–48 hours.

4. Delivery Method

Digital goods are delivered directly to the in-game account linked to the transaction.
Transaction confirmation details are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

5. Delivery Verification

Shaiya Conflict maintains transaction logs, payment confirmation records, and in-game delivery records to verify successful delivery in case of disputes.

6. Issues with Delivery

If digital goods are not received within 48 hours, the buyer must contact our support team via Discord.gg/shaiya with valid transaction details.

7. Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for ensuring accurate account and character details at checkout.
Shaiya Conflict is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer.
